Shipping Policy

At Reva Nutrition, we aim to provide timely and reliable delivery of your favorite vegan supplements and beauty products. Please carefully review our updated shipping and fulfillment policy, as outlined below.

Order Fulfillment

  • Order Fulfillment Time:

    • Typically, orders are fulfilled within 2-5 business days before shipping.
    • For orders containing more than 10 items, fulfillment may take 3-10 business days.
    • The fulfillment countdown begins once the order status changes to "Accepted".

  • Order Status Progression:

    • "New": Your order status will indicate "New" for the first 2 hours, during which you can edit the shipping address or cancel your order.
    • "Accepted": After 2 hours, the order status changes to "Accepted" and is sent to our Fulfillment Team for preparation. At this stage, edits or cancellations are no longer possible.

Shipping Times

Once your order is fulfilled, the following shipping options and delivery times apply:

  • US Domestic - Regular:
    • Delivered within 1-4 business days via USPS.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor its progress.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within the United States only.
  • Shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and international destinations is not available at this time.

Damaged, Missing, or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@revanutrition.shop within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with Supliful and the carrier to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund when applicable.
