Return Policy

At Reva Nutrition, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please review our return and refund policy carefully to understand how claims are handled.


Refunds & Replacements

We accept claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items under the following conditions:

  • Claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Resolution:

  • Claims deemed to be our error are covered at our expense. We will either replace the item or issue a full refund.

If you notice an issue with your order, please contact our customer support team with:

  1. A photograph of the problem.
  2. A brief explanation of the issue.

We will review your claim and notify you of its approval or rejection.

  • If approved and a replacement is requested, a new order will be shipped as soon as possible.
  • If a refund is requested, a credit will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.

Replacement/Refund Exemptions

Refunds or replacements will not be granted for the following situations:

  1. Wrong Address:

    • If an insufficient address is provided, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for reshipment costs once an updated address is confirmed.
  2. Unclaimed Shipments:

    • Unclaimed shipments returned to our facility will incur reshipment costs.
  3. Buyer’s Remorse:

    • Refunds are not granted for buyer’s remorse. Returns or exchanges for such cases are at your discretion and expense.
  4. Rejected by Customs:

    • If a package is returned due to customs rejection, no refund will be issued. Customers are responsible for understanding import regulations and paying customs fees.
  5. Product Already Prepared but Not Shipped:

    • Orders in the "Accepted" status but already prepared by the fulfillment team cannot be canceled or refunded.
  6. Product Discontinuation or Long Out-of-Stock:

    • We do not compensate for expenses related to ad campaigns or product creation in these cases.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund:

  1. Check your Reva Nutrition account for credits, as refunds may be issued as store credits.
  2. For cash refunds, contact your credit card company or bank to check for processing delays.
